In the Center of the Tray is a Blonde Woman's Severed Head, to the Left of the Head is a Glass of Water, to the Right of the Head is an Alarm Clock that reads 6 O' Clock. See a Silver Upside-Triangle on The Woman's Forehead, See a Red Third Eye Inside. See a small Black Horned Nude Demon Hovering over The Woman's Head Laughing.

In the Top Left Hand Corner of the Card, See a Glowing Silver Angel Standing in a Darkened Room, the Angel Stands on the Left Side of the Scene, on the Right Side of the Scene, see the Grim Reaper Holding the Bloodied Corpse of a Woman, There is a White Tag Hanging from the Woman's Left Toe, the Tag says 'Tate 48'.

    In the Top Right Hand Corner of the Card, See a Copper Woman, Nude except for a Wide-Brimmed Pointy Black Witch's Hat with a Red Band above the Brim that says 'Merope 29' in Yellow Letters.
